We pride ourselves on quick dispatching and endeavour to ship your order within 3 days. All of our blends are hand roasted and made fresh to order, hence this required dispatch time.

- All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post and as stated on their website, “Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays”. Shipping prices will be shown in checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We are confident that you will love our products, however, we do understand that sometimes you will need to cancel or return an item for a full re-fund. In order to make this process as easy as possible for you we have clearly listed our policies on cancellations, returns and refunds below. Please read the whole section carefully before taking action.
Cancellations
Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 working days, from the date of receipt of the goods, if you send a written notice of cancellation and return the goods to Asaan Cooking in their original, unopened and unused condition. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return the items to us in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy below. This does not apply to special offers or items that are listed as non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds & Returns

- Faulty products: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund up to 30 days from receipt. If possible, please advise us of any problems within 7 working days of receipt so we can put things right as soon as we can. Subject to inspection and acceptance by us, we will refund or provide a replacement as applicable. For faulty items, items must be returned to us or a refund will NOT BE issued.
- Non-faulty products: You also have the right to claim a refund on non-faulty items if you return the items within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unused, unopened and in their original condition (this includes the product packaging), or WE CANNOT issue a refund.
To return or cancel item(s) please follow these steps:
- Contact us at: support@asaan.co.uk and provide your order reference number and specify which items you wish to return. (If you are returning a faulty item(s) then also provide a description and pictures of the fault.)
- Send the items you wish to return to Asaan Cooking. Wrap items securely in the same or similar packaging in which you received them. The item is STILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITY until it reaches us. For safe transit we recommend using Tracked Delivery. Please note: we are not liable for any lost parcels or the cost of returning items.

- Once returned, the items will be examined upon receipt. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used goods, unless they are faulty. We will process your return as quick as possible and email you once your refund has been processed. Please note, we can only make refunds in all instances via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction.
